One free membership is granted per person; however you may have as many paid memberships as you want. 3. Our Website Our website provides an avenue for our members to interact with other members through social networking which allows them the freedom to communicate with new and old friends which have shared interests. This is accomplished by members adding a profile to their membership that allows others to view all or part of another member’s profile. The content of your profile can include the written word as well as pictures, music and video subject to size and content. By creating said profile it will allow other members the ability to communicate with you and include multimedia if they wish. Privacy controls, set by you, allow you to limit the amount of content in your profile you may want another person or member to view. Other features we provide will allow you the opportunity to add opinions, discuss issues and allow greater creativity in which to interact with others. We reserve the right to add controls over content and guidelines pertaining to that content. You agree to be bound by and adhere to all guidelines posted by us and, should a conflict arise between guidelines and terms, terms shall control. To be able to be a member on our site you must complete the registration process required by all. It will ask you several important and necessary questions such as your age and verify you are over the age of 18. The need to create a username and a password, provide your zip code, provide us with a valid e-mail address, the country you reside in, state certain physical features such as height, body type, age and a short description of yourself [if a couple a description of both]. We rely on a member having a username and password which will according to your membership level allow you access to our website and again according to the level of membership allow you to access other areas of our website. We suggest you keep your password private and allow no one access to have it in order to protect your privacy. Should you suspect someone is using your password please notify us immediately. 4. Membership Types FREE MEMBERSHIP - Free members only need to complete the registration process. Free members have limited access such as the number of profiles you will be able to access. You will be able to perform most of the site activities by using Credits. See the Credit Section for a detailed explanation of the process. REGULAR MEMBERSHIP - Regular membership allows you greater access to almost everything we offer on our site with a few exclusions and limitations, such as viewing other member’s video, however earning and buying credits will give you that right. Credits are given for numerous activities you perform on our website, such as logging in, uploading pictures and inviting other members. Some regular memberships may be reoccurring. VIP MEMBERSHIP - VIP Membership allows you virtually unlimited access to all our features. LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP - By paying one set fee you may become a lifetime member which will entitles you to the same benefits you received as a regular or VIP member. VISITORS - Those who visit our site but decide not to join have a very limited access to the sites content. 5. Billing and Refund Policy Upon completing the registration process, and getting an approval of your profile, you may decide to become a paid member for greater access. Traditional payments such as checks or money orders and electronic payments are accepted. You acknowledge and agree that electronic payments will be handled through a third party and any information we collect for the purpose of payment will be forwarded to said third party and held in strictest confidence. We do not retain credit card numbers or expiration dates. All fees paid to us are for membership and are non refundable. 6. Privacy Controls You are responsible to protect your privacy even though we provide you with options to ensure your privacy. You control who can view your information and pictures through the way you post said information and pictures. You are not allowed to post personal information such as your real last name, address, phone number or any other means such as photographs or video that may give someone the ability to determine your physical location. LIMITED GRANTING OF RIGHTS TO US You agree to grant us limited personal rights that will be necessary to post your information and pictures. We will provide our facilities for your ability to upload pictures and media content; however we maintain the right to limit the amount and size of both media and pictures. GRANTING OF RIGHTS TO OTHER MEMBERS AND VISITORS You have the right to who can view your personal pictures through the way you post them. They can be public, [everyone sees them], friends only, or password protected in which you choose to whom to give access. It is your responsibility to post who can view any of your media or pictorial content. When you post any content, media or pictures, you are representing that you have the right to do so and you either own the copyright or have permission from the copyright owner to post said information or pictures. You further agree to be responsible for managing any required records required by 18 U. S. C. 2257 for content you load on the site. If unsure, or you have any questions concerning your rights and duties, you should seek help from a qualified Counselor. You do not have the right to advertise for, or make any reference to, any other competing site or to use any content for commercial purposes. 7.
